This season started in mid-April as Dolphin Dance II was launched on the 12th of April and we cast-off for the first sail of the season on Saturday the 15th of April. The weekend was sunny, warm and winds were light so this was a perfect way to start the new season. Especially as our youngest crew member is 9 months old, so he starts to move everyday a bit more, so sailing with a baby is already different than last year.

The air temperature climbed around 15 C° during the weekend, so it felt almost summer-like at times. However, the water temperature is still just around 2 to 3 degrees C°, so even a light breeze makes the weather colder.

The launch day (12th April)
