As yet another year draws to an end, it is again time to look back to the sailing season 2020. The year 2020 will be of course remembered from Covid-19. For us, the travel restrictions posed by Covid-19 didn’t have that much of an effect as we did not have any special plans for this season. On the positive side, the year 2020 brought some big changes to our sailing family as our little baby boy was born in the beginning of July.

During the season 2020, Dolphin Dance II logged 1250 nautical miles during 76 sailing days. Engine logged 60 h, and thus, 78 % of the nautical miles were powered by green energy. We spent 74 nights on board. The season lasted seven months as the first trip was on the 10th of April and last sailing trip was on the 9th of November.

Here are sixteen photos that represent our sailing year 2020 best.
