The season 2021 lasted seven months as the first trip was on the 17th of April and last sailing trip was on the 21th of November. This was a second season under Covid pandemic and also second season for us with a baby onboard. Therefore, it was an easy choice for us to stay in the Finnish waters. Our main summer cruise begun on the 21st of May as I had just started my paternity leave and Minna had some summer holiday weeks left from last year. We took a course towards eastern Gulf of Finland and sailed to Kotka.
During the season 2021, Dolphin Dance II logged 1200 nautical miles during 72 sailing days. Engine logged 70h, and thus, 76 % of the nautical miles were powered by green energy. We spent 68 nights on board.
